Yay the all day menu! Blue Fox steps up when it comes to breakfast and lunch fare; with the Table smoked ocean trout tartare with slow cooked 63 degrees egg, whipped goats curd, herb salad and char grilled sourdough! Amazing! Goats cheese smashed over a wooden board and smoke pouring apocalyptically out of the jar. Flavours are sensational, as our textures. The 63 degrees egg is not everyone's cup of tea, but the combination of smoky trout and runny egg is sensational.
You may also opt for the Buttermilk hotcakes, the Smashed avocado with thick-cut maple bacon or the Truffle braised mushrooms with fried polenta. Imaginative choices.
Check out the tasty if not compelling treats in the cabinet. Design of Blue Fox is modern. almost Scandinavian, and surprisingly spacious. Staff were engaging and keen to please. Get on it.
