From two different worlds yet both driven by the same values and beliefs, Chef Director of Dinner Ashley Palmer-Watts in conversation with Australian artist, designer and all round legend David Bromley. They will be exploring the dynamic connection between art and food.
Expert pairings are a feature of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival and the concept of food paired with art is tantalising! Explore how history creates the future and listen to how the story of Dinner inspired and manifested in bespoke art pieces created by David Bromley, that take pride of place in the restaurant. Listen to the journey of that moment, how the two met – chef and artist- and how two inspirational creative minds work together. (We are a huge fan of both!)

Enjoy a dining experience delicious and unique that will connected to the conversation and the topics of the evening. Of course Ashley Palmer-Watts of Dinner by Heston by Heston Blumenthal is one of the top chefs in the world with this restaurant in the World 50 Best. Listen to their stories and taste and see the results of those brave enough to follow their own individual path.
At the end of the evening, the painting will be raffled off, with proceeds going to the Children's Cancer Foundation.
