We have picked out standout Taylor's Wines suitable for Spring/Summer celebrations including for Spring carnival & Melbourne Cup. We were invited to sample Taylors Wines are we admit we've been a long time fan. We are looking for medium bodied wines with personality and verve as we celebrate in the season. These are classy wines as opposed to quaffers and are a step up in terms of quality at a reasonable price.

Taylor Made Pinot Noir Rosé 2017

A crisp and dry rose with subtle strawberry notes is how we like it; vibrant but elegant. A dry sexy rose for any occasion, especially for those long, hot sunny days. A top notch Pinot Noir Rosé it's made in a classic style. We like to sit on the back deck with this rosé and some cheese.

Taylor Made Chardonnay 2016

Citrus and white peach characteristics with creaminess and nuance of French Oak. Long and satisfying on the palate. Your summer Chardonnay is right here. While we appreciate unwooded Chardonnay we prefer some oak - here it's not too heavy but just right. Perfect with our seafood platters.

Taylors Estate Sparkling

We need a great sparkling for the season and Taylor's delivers with this Taylor's Estate Sparkling. We love a Spring/Summer Tempranillo and this is medium bodied wine (we don't like Tempranillo weak bodied) and is food friendly Tempranillo with cherry and blueberry nuances.

Jaraman Pinot Noir 2016

Another medium bodied wine perfect for Spring/Summer. A delicate perfume of Kirsch and dried strawberry with underlying dried bouquet garni gives this wine an exotic edge. Jaraman range of Taylors wines are premium. The grapes are hand picked for this Jaraman Pinot Noir at Taylor's partner Yarra Valley Winery.
