Ross and Sunny Lusted to open first Melbourne venues

Award-winning hospitality duo Ross and Sunny Lusted will open two venues in Melbourne in the second half of 2024. The couple have chosen prime sites on Russell Street in Melbourne’s CBD, alongside the much anticipated independent boutique hotel, Melbourne Place. Ross will bring his unique culinary style to their new venues with a focus on Iberian coastal dining.

“We feel extremely fortunate to have found these unique sites in what is an emerging dining precinct in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Melbourne is one of the world’s most vibrant food cities, with incredible markets and a diverse and evolving dining scene. Having lived and worked in Melbourne at various points over the past decades, it feels incredibly special to return with our own venues and to be joining Melbourne’s hospitality community.” shared Sunny Lusted.

“Having spent years living and travelling throughout coastal Europe, where produce markets and local fisheries are woven into the fabric of each city and are integral to the rituals of daily life, being in Melbourne transports me back to those times. I love the eclectic nature of Melbourne and can’t wait to see our new venues come to life in this incredible city.” revealed Ross Lusted.
