Yum Sing House Unveils Its Exclusive Chef’s Plate Series
Available every Tuesday – Thursday, Yum Sing House’s talented chefs will each take turns showcasing a signature menu featuring dishes close to their hearts that represent their country of origin. From Malaysian-style, Cantonese cuisine to contemporary Thai fusion and Vietnamese fare, each dish will tell a unique story of tradition, passion, and innovation.
Leading the culinary journey is Head Chef Lee, whose childhood was shaped by the vibrant flavours of Malaysia. His expertise and passion shine through each dish on his menu, which includes:
- Hiramasa kingfish, plum, ponzu
- Chicken wontons, ginger, scallion vinaigrette
- Barley-fed porterhouse with black pepper sauce
- Steamed gai lan, ginger garlic, oyster sauce
- Unlimited rice
- Coconut sorbet to finish
The Chef’s Plate Series will then move to Thailand, with Sous Chef Maneewat bringing vibrant Thai flavours to the table, followed by Chef Chi who will round out the Series with flavourful dishes from Vietnam.
For those after more than just a mid-week feast, guests can venture upstairs, and continue their night where the beautifully appointed bar and private karaoke rooms have access to some of the most delicious snacks in the city from early evening until into the late hours.
Yum Sing House’s Chef’s Plate Series will be available Tuesday – Thursday, for $55pp.
Yum Sing House is open Tuesday – Thursday, 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 5:30 PM – Late. Karaoke is open Wednesday and Thursday from 7:00 pm, with packages starting at $160 and Friday and Saturday from 5:45 pm with packages starting at $320.
