Michelin-starred Lunch at Atria, The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne
We enjoyed a spectacular long lunch at Atria restaurant in The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne. Two world-renowned chefs—Michelin-starred Chef Angelo Agliano from @toscadiangelo at @ritzcarltonhongkong, and the exceptional Chef Michael Greenlaw from Atria at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne—joined forces for an extraordinary lunch soirée of note.
We were treated to a decadent five-course menu, each dish seamlessly blending Sicilian tradition with Victoria’s best local produce. Paired with premium wines and set against the stunning backdrop of the Melbourne skyline, this event was undoubtedly one of the dining highlights of the year—an experience that transcended borders and celebrated the best of fine dining.
