Book for The Assembly Food and Wine Series
On the first Monday of each month from August to October, Mister Jennings in Richmond, Hobba in Prahran and The Boatbuilder’s Yard in South Wharf have all graciously offered to hand over their kitchens to gun young chefs Jordan Garcia and Daniel Sullivan for a stunning food and wine series. Both ambitious young Chefs, Jordan and Daniel are in their early 20s, and honed their skills in restaurants like acclaimed Mister Jennings and Red Spice Road. They are eager to show people what we can do whilst having fun along the way.

The Assembly is a night of bringing like-minded people together for a common cause: enjoying great food with friends and family. Over the course of the night Jordan and Daniel will explore their own style of cooking. The six course degustation menu will be completely sourced from local Victorian produce and matched with Victorian wines from supporters at Crothers Wine and Wine Style. Say the chefs, "We invite you to join us for an experience that will make Mondays more bearable for the working week. Each night will be slightly different for both menu and location. As each event approaches the menu will be sourced from local Victorian suppliers, reflecting the seasonal produce available. We were lucky enough to team up with three venues (Mister Jennings, Hobba and The Boatbuilders Yard) in the heart of Melbourne who share a passion for supporting young chefs. These nights wouldn’t be possible without the generosity of the venue hosts and our lovely suppliers."
